How Class Reunly protects your classmates' data

Your roster is encrypted and isolated to your reunion, your classmates' card and bank details never touch our servers (Stripe and Square handle payments), and you can export or delete everything anytime.

  • We store only what your committee enters and what classmates submit themselves.
  • Roster data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and scoped to your reunion.
  • Card and bank numbers are handled by Stripe and Square — never stored by us.
  • We never sell your roster, run ads against it, or train AI on it.
  • You own your data: export to CSV anytime, or ask us to delete it.

Your classmates' personal data

Class Reunly only holds the information your committee adds or that classmates provide themselves — names and maiden names, email addresses and phone numbers, RSVPs, and the photos and profile details classmates upload. We collect basic usage data to run and improve the product, and nothing more.

Encrypted storage

Your data lives on Supabase (a managed Postgres database), encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

Isolated per reunion

Access controls scope each reunion's data to its own committee. One class's roster is never exposed to another.

Public hub shows only what's safe

Your classmate-facing reunion page serves a limited, safe set of fields — it never queries your private roster tables directly.

Committee permission model

Members hold viewer, editor, or admin roles, so who can see contact details and money is controlled by you.

Ticket money & financial information

This is the part committees most want reassurance on, and the answer is simple: card and bank details never pass through Class Reunly's systems. Payments run through Stripe and Square, which collect card information on their own PCI-compliant checkout. You connect your committee's own Stripe or Square account, so ticket money goes straight to you — we are not in the middle of the funds.

Card entry happens on Stripe / Square

Classmates enter card details on the processor's secure, PCI-compliant checkout — not on a Class Reunly form.

Funds go directly to your committee

You connect your own Stripe or Square account. We never take custody of your reunion's money.

We store status, not card numbers

On our side we keep who has paid and how much, plus a secure token linking to your connected account — never a card or bank number.

Your data, your rights

The data in your reunion belongs to you. We use it to make the product work — render your roster, send invites and RSVP confirmations, calculate who owes what — but we don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.

You can export your roster to CSV anytime. If you want out, account deletion uses a 30-day soft delete: your data is hidden immediately but recoverable if you log back in within 30 days. After 30 days it is permanently removed from production databases, and backups roll off within 90 days. To request an export, a correction, or a deletion, email nate@reunly.io.

For the full policies that govern all of this, see the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Security questions, answered

Where is our classmate data stored, and is it encrypted?

Your roster is stored on Supabase (a managed Postgres database host), encrypted in transit and at rest. Access controls isolate each reunion's data to that reunion's committee, so one class's roster is never visible to another.

Does Class Reunly ever see our classmates' credit card or bank numbers?

No. Payments run through Stripe and Square, which collect card details on their own PCI-compliant checkout pages. You connect your committee's own Stripe or Square account, so ticket money goes directly to you. On our side we store only the payment status and amount, plus a secure token that links to your connected account — never a card or bank number.

Do you sell or share our roster?

Never. We do not sell your data, run ads against your reunion, share your roster with third parties for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run Class Reunly — database hosting, email and text delivery, and payments.

Can we export or delete our data?

Yes. You own your data and can export your roster to CSV anytime. Account deletion uses a 30-day soft delete you can restore by logging back in; after 30 days the data is permanently removed from production databases, and backups roll off within 90 days. Email nate@reunly.io to request an export, correction, or deletion.

Your classmates' trust, protected.
