🎓 Class reunion feature
One link. Your whole reunion.
A branded public hub you send to your whole class — countdown, schedule, photos, RSVP, payment, and a live attendance counter. No accounts required for your classmates. No web designer required for you.
Example hub layout
Your hub is fully responsive — looks great on phone, tablet, and laptop.
Everything in your reunion hub
Branded for your class
Your school colors, mascot, and logo. Upload once and Reunly applies the branding across every section so the hub feels custom-built — not a generic template.
Countdown + key dates
A live countdown to the main event, plus a clear list of every important date — RSVP deadline, hotel block expires, payment due. Classmates always know what's next.
Public RSVP without accounts
Classmates RSVP with one click. No sign-up, no password, no app to download. Plus-ones, dietary preferences, and event selection all captured in a single short form.
Schedule preview
Friday mixer, Saturday gala, Sunday brunch — laid out cleanly with venue, time, and dress code. Classmates know exactly what they're saying yes to.
Then-and-now photo grid
Senior yearbook photos next to current pics, displayed in a tidy grid. Sparks 'oh wow, look at Tommy now!' moments before the reunion even starts.
Live attendance counter
Real-time count of confirmed classmates. Powerful social proof — fence-sitters see the momentum building and commit. Drives a 15–25% bump in late RSVPs.
How it works
Pick a URL + brand
Choose your hub URL (e.g. class.reunly.io/lincoln-high-1995), upload your school logo, and pick your class colors. Done in under 5 minutes.
Add the schedule + photos
Drop in Friday/Saturday/Sunday events with times and venues. Upload then-and-now photos from your yearbook scan. Reunly arranges everything in the hub layout automatically.
Share one link with the class
One URL goes in every email, every Facebook post, every text chain. Classmates view, RSVP, and pay — no accounts, no apps, no friction.
The killer feature
The live attendance counter that drives late RSVPs
Right on the hub, a running count of confirmed classmates updates in real time. A fence-sitting classmate sees "127 classmates already coming" and the social proof flips them. Committees consistently report a 15–25% lift in late RSVPs once the counter goes live — for free.

Do my classmates need an account to view the hub?
No. The class reunion hub is a fully public page you share with one link. Classmates can view the schedule, RSVP, see the then-and-now photo grid, and pay for tickets without ever creating an account. The committee uses Reunly logins on the back end; the audience just clicks the link.
Can I brand it with my class colors and mascot?
Yes. Upload your school's logo, mascot, and pick your class colors (or paste your school's hex codes). The hub adopts your branding across the header, buttons, and accent colors. The result feels like a custom-built reunion website without the $5,000 web designer.
How is this different from a Facebook event?
Facebook events break for anyone not on Facebook (more of your class than you'd think), don't accept ticket payment, can't show a schedule cleanly, and have no then-and-now photo grid. Reunly's hub is purpose-built for class reunions — RSVP, payment, schedule, photos, memorial wall, and attendance counter all in one place, viewable on any device with no sign-in.
Can I sell tickets through the hub?
Yes — payment is built in (Stripe under the hood). Set per-person, per-couple, and Friday-only / Saturday-only ticket tiers. Classmates RSVP and pay in one flow. The committee sees who's paid, who hasn't, and what's owed — no separate spreadsheet required.
What does the live attendance counter do?
It shows a running total of how many classmates have RSVP'd yes — visible right on the hub. Social proof matters: a classmate who's on the fence sees '127 classmates already coming' and is far more likely to commit. Committees consistently report that the counter alone drives a 15–25% bump in late RSVPs.
Can the hub stay up after the reunion?
Yes. After the event, the hub can flip into a 'recap' mode — event photos, the memorial wall, a 'save the date' for the next reunion, and a sign-up form so classmates stay in your roster for next time. The same URL persists across reunions, so your link gets stronger with each event.
