What does your reunion group see when you share the link?
They see your Reunion Hub - a private page with the full schedule, RSVP buttons for each event (Saturday dinner, Sunday picnic, etc.), and a simple form to confirm who's coming. No account required, no app to download. They click, they RSVP, you see it instantly in your dashboard. Same experience whether they're family members or former classmates.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes - on Family Reunly, no credit card, no trial period. Build your whole family reunion (guest list, groups, budget, full planning checklist, schedule, brand setup, cover photo) free, with no caps. You will even see a preview of your public Reunion Hub. Pay $39 one-time only when you are ready to share the Hub with your group. Class Reunly currently has a single $99 Pro plan - see below for details.
What does 'per reunion' mean for the This Reunion plan?
Each This Reunion purchase ($39, one-time) unlocks one family reunion event - the public Hub, per-event RSVPs, payment tracking on the Guest List, AI Things-to-Do nearby, the full Event Kit (printable programs, name tags, local info, share links), the Vendors directory, and unlimited co-planners. If you organize a reunion every few years, you buy This Reunion each time. The Forever plan ($79/year) covers unlimited active reunions per year. Note: Class Reunly has a single $99 Pro plan per reunion - no annual option yet.
Can I upgrade mid-planning?
Yes - for both products. On Family Reunly, upgrade from Free to This Reunion ($39) or Forever ($79/year) at any point and your existing plan, guests, and data are instantly unlocked without limits. On Class Reunly, you can build out your reunion and upgrade to $99 Pro when you're ready to share the public hub with classmates. Nothing is lost or reset.
Why does Class Reunly cost more than Family Reunly?
Because class reunions need committee tools - an AI classmate finder for tracking down everyone after 25 years, a respectful memorial wall for deceased classmates, QR-coded name badges for the event, a time capsule, and seats for 5+ committee co-organizers. Family reunions typically have 1-2 organizers and don't need these specialized tools, so Family Reunly stays at $39 / $79.
Is there a free tier for Class Reunly?
Not yet. The $99 Pro plan is currently the only Class Reunly tier. We're considering adding a free planning tier for class committees - email hello@reunly.io if that's important to you and it'll move up the roadmap.
Do guests or classmates need to pay anything?
Never. Guests and classmates click a share link to view the schedule and RSVP. No account required on their end, and no charge ever.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal via Stripe. Payments are processed securely - Reunly never sees your card details.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. Applies to both Family Reunly and Class Reunly paid plans.
