Stub + main ticket in one row. Numbered sequences #101–#106+ per page. Print, fold along the dashed line, tear apart, and run your raffle. No special software, no special paper.
Six raffle tickets per page. Tear along the dashed line between stub and main ticket.
A raffle adds excitement, anticipation, and a natural high point to any family reunion. The drawing moment — when someone calls out a number and a guest across the room shouts "That's me!" — generates the kind of spontaneous joy that structured activities rarely achieve. And because everyone who received a ticket has an equal shot, it's inclusive by design.
This template prints six raffle tickets per page. Each ticket has a stub and a main ticket with matching numbers. The stub goes in the drawing bowl; the guest keeps the main ticket. When a number is drawn, the guest presents their ticket to claim the prize. Numbers start at 101 to make them clearly distinguishable from ages and addresses if any confusion occurs on the day.
Give each guest one or more raffle tickets when they arrive (or sell them at $1–$2 each to raise funds). Guests keep the main ticket and drop the stub in a drawing bowl. At the designated time, draw stubs from the bowl and match them to the guest holding the corresponding main ticket. Announce winners and distribute prizes.
Print at least two tickets per guest, plus 20% extra for walk-ups and extras. Reunly's guest list tells you your exact RSVP count so you can calculate the right number without guessing.
Popular prizes include: gift cards (grocery stores, restaurants), family photo albums, reunion T-shirts, homemade food items, handmade crafts from family members, and gift baskets. Prizes that relate to family traditions or the reunion theme tend to be most appreciated.
